From nothing to something.

A prime example of showing up every week time after time.

At the end of last year, we said weā€™d spend a year building a communityā€¦ and thatā€™s exactly what we did

Every Sunday, people show up for Runs, coffees, saunas, ice baths, HYROX sessions whatever we put on, people are there and that says everything.

A year later, the numbers are still growing the energy is still there and the people are still committed thatā€™s how you know itā€™s real.

Iā€™m honestly grateful to be surrounded by such a solid group of people a team that shows up, supports each other and brings others along with them.

What started as an idea is now something bigger than we imagined weā€™ve built a community And nowā€¦ weā€™ve got a hub/ a home

A place where anyone can come, talk, train, reset, and just be around good people.

Who knows where weā€™ll be in another yearā€¦

But for now this is where weā€™re at and itā€™s only the beginning.

The journey of self development is one journey everyone needs to experience.

Not because itā€™s easy, Not because itā€™s comfortable! But because it changes you in ways nothing else can.

You start to realise the limits you once believed in were never real and the discipline you build spills into every area of your life.

The confidence you gain doesnā€™t come from praise it comes from proving to yourself you can do hard things.

You become someone your past self wouldnā€™t recognise.

Stronger, More focused, More intentional and the best part?

The journey never really ends
