Come and experience yoga under the trees, having a picnic watching the sunset and meeting people in your area 💛🩷🧡

In summer we stretch it out, smile and enjoy every moment life gives you…. Especially when life gives you extra cold flannels to cool down after practice 🔥❄️🤭

Tonight we took extra care in the heat, worked up a sweat, oozed tension, grounded with hydration and melted in shavasana. Thanks for joining me in the pod for your yoga practice
