🇮🇹 ROME TEAM REMINDER 🇮🇹
A reminder for all parents of children attending Rome, as well as any adults competing:
If you would normally train on a Monday, please continue to attend training even if you have competed at an interclub the day before.
An interclub consists of just 3 x 1-minute rounds and should not be viewed as a replacement for a training session.
Please remember that Rome is a tournament format, meaning there is a very real possibility of fighting on back-to-back days, potentially across all three days of the event. Training when you’re tired or sore is part of preparing both physically and mentally for those demands.
Attending training after an interclub helps us replicate the challenges that competitors may face in Rome and ensures everyone is as prepared as possible for the tournament.
Thank you for your commitment and support. Let’s make sure we’re giving ourselves the best chance of success in Rome! 🥊🔥
