Karate isnāt just for young people, Our Adult Karate Classes combine Self Defence, Sport Karate, and Fitness with an emphasis on practical partner work. Experience a dynamic blend of Striking and Pad Work, Grappling, Kata and Kata explanation, all geared towards functional Self Defence. No experience necessary ā we welcome newcomers!

Students will experience a sense of achievement as they progress through our structured belt grading system which includes separate belt systems for Children and Adults. Whether youāre a seasoned practitioner or brand new to Karate, our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels. Private lessons are also available.

All lessons at Newton-le-Willows and Queens Park Health and Fitness in St Helens are taken on a safely matted area. Our venues are equipped with safety measures, including first aid equipment, defibrillators, fire extinguishers, and clearly marked fire exits.

Our instructors regularly attend courses in first aid, defibrillator usage, safeguarding, and instruction techniques, ensuring the highest standards of teaching.
