2027 marks a very special year for us — 10 years of The Starlight Academy ❤️

Ten years of first classes, friendships, performances, opportunities, achievements and watching hundreds of young people discover just how much they are capable of.

So, of course, we couldn’t let our 10th anniversary pass without doing something very special.

Our 2027 show is coming… and we think this might be our most magical one yet. ✨

Calling all dancers aged 13+ 👀

We've got something NEW launching at Starlight this term!

Our brand-new Senior Street & Commercial class will be taught by new teacher Olivia Hurn.

Olivia is actually a former Starlight pupil who has recently graduated from the prestigious Addict Dance Academy, and we're so excited to welcome her back to Starlight – this time as part of our teaching team! 🖤🤍❤️

⭐ Senior Street & Commercial
📍 Ages 13+
🗓 Wednesday
⏰ 5.15–6.15pm

And to launch the class, we're giving 10 dancers the chance to try TWO WEEKS for the price of ONE!

Pay for your first trial class and your second week is completely FREE.

Two weeks to try the style, meet Olivia and see if Commercial is for you.

This is open to current AND past Starlight students aged 13+, but there are only 10 trial offers available.

🚗 QUICK PARKING REMINDER

As we welcome everyone back to classes today, please remember that parking at Woods is not permitted. We have limited spaces directly outside Starlight, but there are plenty of alternative parking options just a 5-minute walk away.

📍 Roadside parking near French Franks
📍 Additional parking under the archway as you enter the business park

Please help us be considerate of our neighbouring businesses and keep their car park available for their customers, staff, and deliveries.

The doors are open, the studios are ready and a brand new Starlight term is about to begin 🖤🤍❤️

Same Starlight community.

Whether you’re coming back to your favourite class, trying something new or joining us for the very first time — we can’t wait to welcome you into the studio.

If your child could add ONE more class to their Starlight week, what would they choose?

Jazz, Ballet, Street Dance, Theatre, Aerial, Acro, Cheerleading, Tap, Gymnastics, Contemporary or Cirque Arts?

Maybe it’s something they’ve always wanted to try, something they keep watching through the studio door, or something you know they’d love! 😂

STILL US. 🖤🤍❤️

Starlight has had a bit of a glow-up… but this rebrand has been about so much more than a new logo or freshly painted studio.

We’ve spent time really looking at who we are at our core, what we value, and how Starlight has evolved.

Every part of our new branding was carefully considered.

Our star. Our black, white and red. Our font. Our lettering.

We didn’t want to lose our identity — we wanted to bring it forward and make it better reflect who we are today.

Quietly confident. Strong. Creative. Considered.

Ambitious without being intimidating.
Professional and high-standard, but still warm and human.
A place where you can come just for fun, or train towards professional avenues — and still feel equally that you belong.

Because there isn’t one definition of success at Starlight.

Our SHINE values sit at the heart of that:
