Dear Newport Ladies

As the rink closes for the winter, I wanted to say a few words.

Thank you for all your hard work this year. Week on week we have grown together, got stronger together, worked as a team together, and laughed together.

I truly have been blessed being your Captain this year.

Thank you for your support.

See you on the green in April 2027.

It is with great sorrow that I pass on the sad news that Jack Young bowling/coaching legend passed away last night.

Thank you Jack from all Newport bowlers for the lives you have touched with your expertise.
