What a week we had in the MH HQ this week.
Absolutely insane PB’s going on.
Really hard not to love what you do when the guys bring such a great level of work ethic paired with support in each of the sessions.
You guys here absolutely rock.
Know for a fact next Friday morning I’ll be keeping this PB challenge in the workout for that day to test your grit once more.
My only request is come with that attitude again ;)
