Our bslatsenergy team night out

What a night it was, lots of drinks pizza and a tone more of dancing. Was buzzing to get as many of yous together for a summer night out sorry to those who couldn’t make the date we will aim to get more of yous for the Christmas one!

Hope everyone had a cracking night… not burpees and car park runs for atleast 4 months 😂🙌🏻

First solo event 🚀

What an event. Some set up, cracking atmosphere and top class coaches pushing people on.

24th - Overall

1st - Assault bike (AG)🫡

Happy with sub hour for my first one. Excited to get back to training and prepare for what ever comes next.

Couldn’t thank my wife, sister in law, brother in law and nephews enough for supporting me. Thank yous 💪🏻

Stacey came to me around the start of the year. From my point of view she needed a pick me up, some personal training that would really test her both mentally and physically.

Within a very short space of time I seen a mindset shift in how Stacey trained and how she approached the session, she came in knowing today I’m going to smash this or today I’m hitting a PB.

Buzzing to have Stacey apart of our growing community, constantly motivating others around her whilst pushing herself to the max 4 times a week. Absolute machine 🤝🏻

Constantly one of the top workers in every group, keep up the graft 💪🏻

GATESHEAD MARATHON 🕺

Garmin said 3hr 45.. Gun time said 3hr 48 so I’m keeping the faster one😂

After having a knee injury the past 12 weeks it was make or break in the first 30 mins but after popping a few tablets it helped with the pain. Will definitely be going again with hopefully a fully strengthened knee to get a proper training block in place before hand.

Belta experience and one I couldn’t have done without Emma, she had bananas, lucozade, ibruprofen whatever I needed ready for when I went back. Really pushed me on and I’m forever grateful for you.

Thank you to everyone who messaged, I really appreciate the support.

Ice bath.. hot bath.. then the biggest papa johns order there can be.
