Anyone know how many steps they danced tonight? What a crazy night but good crazy :-)

First class lapping up God Damned Beautiful and loving that it seemed much easier than last week - the dances do get easier with practice no matter what level and you're doing brilliantly.

Second class a few missing and we are all wishing you speedy recoveries we missed you but as always health first. Week 2 of Take My Love and already looking awesome - thanks for your patience with me on this one :-)

Really wish you all knew how much you do for me as you're keeping me going when it would be so easy to give up having so many up and down emotions feeling been a tough 2026 so thank you.

And just like that we survived the heat :-)

Huge thank you to those who braved class it was a very hot evening but hopefully you don't feel too bad.

First class we slowed things down don't worry about the dances we didn't get round to dancing it was a rather hot one so best slowing things down and focussing on quality not quantity.

Oh so feeling it tonight so quick post and then hot shower and elevation is the order of the evening - once i've treated myself to a bowel of cereal :-)

Lovely to see some dancers back after a few weeks away not easy but picked up the new teaches really well - keep going with them they do get easier after a few weeks :-) For the few away we miss you but thinking of you.

Can always tell when there's been a weekend of dancing exhausted is an understatement but glad you've enjoyed Gateway.

OMG who are you and what were you all on tonight wow oh wow flying through what we have been doing so much so there was time for another classic teach and you looked like you have been ready for it for a while wowser.
