💦 AQUA SPLASH – Every Tuesday Evening! 💦

Did you know that every Tuesday evening we run our fun Aqua Fitness session to music? 🎶 From 6:15 - 7:00pm

You'll receive a 40 minute workout in the water, using our aqua dumbbells. Follow along with Molly, or simply work at your own pace — the choice is yours! 💪🌊

🏊 Suitable for all abilities
🎵 Music-led aqua fitness
💦 Low impact exercise
😊 Friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Please note that this session is between swimming lessons and adult swim. As we are a public pool and this session is open to both men and women.

🕖 Our Adult Swim session follows at 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

At the end of Aqua Splash, we kindly ask all participants to exit via the changing rooms so we can maintain expected numbers for each session. If you’d like to stay afterwards for a swim, you’re very welcome to book online for Aqua Splash + Swim or pay at the door where you receive a discounted swim. Then you can continue swimming into the evening!

New Goggles Delivery!

Hi everyone it’s Sarah here! We’ve topped up the shop full to the top now of goggles for our littlest of swimmers, right up to adults.

We’ve got some new styles in, including the Little Zoggs Remix, which is partly made from repurposed material. The packaging is all paper too!
