Toes to Head, Bridge, and Square Hips following Acrobatic Arts Inc AcroFLEX a specialised flexibility, technique and training program designed to safely increase range of motion and build supportive strength.

So proud of you both. Aren’t they absolutely brilliant 🤩

Emmy has been working super hard over the summer holidays on her flexibility and supportive strength using our Acrobatic Arts AcroFLEX program.

Emily’s progress on her Back Handspring. Following progressions and drills from syllabus and with a minimal spot from Lucy it’s looking very strong. 💪

AcroFLEX is a specialised flexibility and technique training program by Acrobatic Arts.

Square Hips means aligning both hip bones so they face directly forward and parallel to the front of the room or mat. This alignment is critical during Front Splits, Lunges, and Leg Extensions , and in AcroDance skills e.g. Front Walkover, Front Aerial, to prevent injury, protect the lower back, and ensure proper form.

AcroFlex is taught in our classes by Acrobatic Arts Inc Certified Teachers ensuring safely increasing flexibility and supportive strength required for advanced skills.

Certified Teacher Lucy spotting Back Layout Step Out effortlessly and perfectly timed with Ffion demonstrating proper technique: maximise time suspended in the air, a complete open line at the hips (no pike), square hips, pushing for straight legs, pointed toes, arms clearly defined and placed, control and balance.

We pride ourselves in being committed to the professional development of our teachers ensuring safety and proper technique taught to our pupils.

Back Layout Step Out is a Pre-Professional 2 skill in the syllabus.
