Over the last few years, we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Milicon in Poland. 🇵🇱🤝🇬🇧

We’ve spent a lot of time with their ri**es in our hands, and it’s fair to say we’ve put them through their paces! From training in -15°C cold to +40°C heat, sand, snow, dirt and water .. they’ve been used hard, tested properly and certainly haven’t been treated gently.

Over that time, we’ve really come to trust the Milicon platforms and they’ve become a regular part of what we do — especially paired with Silent Steel suppressors. 👌

We’re currently running the Spartan, Delta, Bravo and Gladius pictured above .. in all sorts of different configurations.

But more importantly, it’s always good working with genuinely good people behind the products.

So a big shoutout to our friends at Milicon. Thank you for the support, the friendship and for continuing to produce some seriously solid ri**es.

Follow these 4 rules and prevent an accidental injury

how many of these rules need to be broken to cause injury do you think?

1. Muzzle Awareness
Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. Be aware of where your muzzle is pointed at all times—even more so when you’re relaxed—to avoid flagging or sweeping others. Consistent muzzle awareness is one of the most important habits for safe fi:: rearm handling.

2. Safety Selector
Keep the safety engaged until you’re ready to shoot. Only switch it off when you’re on target and prepared to fire. Re-engage the safety whenever you are no longer actively shooting. ( it’s also worth remembering that not all p*s: tols carry a physical safety selector) these make them even more prone to accidents

3. Trigger Discipline
Keep your finger off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until you’ve made the decision to shoot. This helps prevent accidental discharges. Your trigger finger should stay indexed along the frame until your sights are on target.

4. Know Your Target & Beyond
Always identify your target and be aware of what’s behind and around it. Every round has a destination, and often travel through it .. so shoot only when you know it’s safe. Understanding your surroundings is just as important as hitting your intended target.

A common thing we see regularly is this issue right here .. its common in experienced and new shooters..

A lot of good shooters sometimes don’t even know they are doing this correct sometimes .. it happens naturally to some people.

Key points to remember..

squeeze your support hand
Keep your primary hand fingers loose
Squeeze your support hand into your primary fingers

Doing this with correct grip and improper stance will allow you shoot flat.. but having a good a stance and posture will then make you not only shoot flat… but much faster and accurate.
