Workout Format
The workout is completed in descending runs and ascending Ski/Row distances.
Round 1
🏃 1000m Run
🚣 200m Ski or Row
💪 10 Sit-Ups + 10 Pull-Ups
Round 2
🏃 800m Run
🚣 400m Ski or Row
💪 10 Sit-Ups + 10 Pull-Ups
Round 3
🏃 600m Run
🚣 600m Ski or Row
💪 10 Sit-Ups + 10 Pull-Ups
Round 4
🏃 400m Run
🚣 800m Ski or Row
💪 10 Sit-Ups + 10 Pull-Ups
Round 5
🏃 200m Run
🚣 1000m Ski or Row
💪 10 Sit-Ups + 10 Pull-Ups
Simple concept:
➡️ Run distance decreases by 200m each round.
➡️ Ski/Row distance increases by 200m each round.
➡️ Complete 10 Sit-Ups and 10 Pull-Ups after every Run and Ski/Row section.
