Have you heard about adding magnesium to your nighttime routine?

I've heard nothing but wonderful things about it and I'm happy I'm using this instead of a gummy right now.

Not just because of its affects but because it's really giving us an opportunity to connect and calm at bedtime.

I'm also a bit biased about this because I ADORE the smell of lavender 💜

Well thats my Halloween sorted 🎃

Other than being able to change my eye colour so easily (and comfortably)

my fave thing has to be the equipment come with to get the contacts in and out!!

It took me an age to decide which coloured contacts to go for as they've got a ridiculously big range to choose from.
