I'm the founder and director of TKO. The roots of TKO (Training Kit Outside) started in the support of children with complex behavioural needs. I made PUNCH TRUNK to democratise the art, skills and benefits of boxing, making the sport more accessible for all. ve the gym or who have the means to hang a heavy bag. Its design enables you to improve 360º footwork, conditioning, fitness levels, speed and all the rest independently and outdoors while soaking in the fresh air.
