LONDON SERIES ROUND 5 ON SUNDAY 8th March 2026 – KEY INFORMATION

Medal Ceremony will take place after finals at the finish line
Parking: Limited parking will be available at St Mark’s Academy school opposite the track. It will be £6 CARD ONLY. Parking will be around the back of the school, DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS please follow the marshals instructions and drive down the road past the track entrance, DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.
We have limited parking spaces, so come early to guarantee a spot. Otherwise, there is some on road parking nearby. Mitcham Eastfields Train Station is only a 3 minute walk from the track.
DO NOT PARK ON THE LOCAL HOUSING ESTATE by the track, this is all residents only parking. Other residential roads a bit further away have some parking but please be considerate of our neighbours in the area when parking!
DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS VERGE OPPOSITE THE TRACK – THIS IS NEEDED AS A TURNING CIRCLE FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
ULEZ – Mitcham is in the extended ULEZ zone. We recommend you check your vehicle to see if you need to pay the daily charge: Check your vehicle (tfl.gov.uk)
London residential speed limit is 20mph – so keep an eye on the speed cameras to avoid getting caught out.
Train: Local station is Mitcham Eastfield’s. As of today, there are no train issues.
Club Gazebos: All Gazebo must be put up in the designated zone so as not to block the walkways. Please set up by 9am.
The walk way on 2nd Straight must be kept clear so people can walk up and down with bikes. ANY CHAIRS PUT AGAINST THE FENCE WILL BE REMOVED.
Please keep valuables with you at all times and do not leave bikes unattended.
Catering:
There will be a catering van providing hot food, drinks, tea and coffee etc.
Brixton BMX Club will have their club Tea/Cake Stall open to others to purchase cakes, cookies, sweets, crisp, hot drinks and juices.
There is a corner shop at the end of the road with a full range of basics and snacks.

Plates Riders must have race plates and side plates. These can be made from cardboard where needed
Clothes Riders need to have a jersey (club or any other brand), race pants or jeans
No joggers, leggings or cargos, entry will be denied
Rider sign-in
Novice must sign in at the desk before they go for practice (Rider and bike with number plates must attend with guardian) Cutoff to sign in will be 10:00 NO EXCEPTION
Experts are automatically signed in via transponder. All riders must complete two practice laps. Please check Sqorz after practice to ensure you have been registered.
Race admin is by the finish line.
Bin Bags are provided for your rubbish and recycling. Please use them, but feel free to take your rubbish home.
