Beccy’s Story 💫
I have been training Beccy since 21st of May 2018 and yesterday on the 10th May 2019 was her final session before her big day next week!
When she first came to me she was really shy, anxious and so nervous to workout but she knew exactly what she wanted to lose regarding her measurements for her wedding dress and what the end goal was.
We started with simple body weight exercise to boost confidence and plans that can be done at home to improve technique also, I then implemented HIIT sessions, cardio and weights to help with the fat burning.
Beccy was only training with me once a week before joining a gym 6 months ago and working from her programme which meant she was working out on average 3-4 days a week including her PT session with me.
Now onto the diet... Beccy started on slimming world when she first started with me now it will work for some people but necessarily not for everyone. So meal prep was a big factor ensuring that both breakfast and lunch was made the night before to take into work to make sure we wasn’t snaking or buying food that was just convenient for example: meal deal from Tesco.
We allowed 1 cheat meal a week which in most people’s cases will be a Saturday.
