TOTAL TKD ITF Taekwon-Do schools in Southgate, Croxley Green, Chorleywood, New Barnet, Hemel Hempstead, Rickmansworth & Leverstock Green 🥋🏆

TOTAL TKD run ITF Taekwon-Do classes across London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Our main Taekwon-Do clubs are in Southgate, Croxley Green / Rickmansworth, Oakwood, Finchley, Wood Green, Wembley, Kentish Town, Hadley Wood and Stoke Poges. TOTAL TKD also teach extra curricular Taekwon-Do classes at schools in Rickmansworth, Potters Bar and North London. Click here for schools and session times. The academy is an independent member of ITF England and was established in 1994. It currently consists of 10 Instructors with over 500 students and has promoted more than 70 black belts. The objective of our work is to give students the opportunity and guidance to learn authentic ITF Taekwon-Do. Master Symonds, the founder of the academy, is currently a 7th degree Black belt International Instructor and Examiner. Taekwon-Do is the most practiced martial art in the world offering a great way to keep in shape physically and mentally, while learning how to defend yourself.

“When a tiger dies, he leaves his skin behind; when a man dies, he leaves his name.”
— General Choi Hong Hi

General Choi often recalled this thought as motivation to build a lasting legacy — in his case, through Taekwon-Do. In an interview, his daughter Meeyun Choi noted that this sentence was one of his favourites and that he considered it fulfilled, leaving behind a global martial art and a moral-educational movement.
