Today wasn’t about belts, medals, or perfect technique.
It was about spending time together, building friendships, sharing a few laughs, and getting to know the people who make up our Tiger Team. 🐯💙
A strong team isn't built only through hard training—it’s built through memories, trust, and enjoying the journey together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our social training at Lea Valley National Park. The views were amazing, the energy was fantastic, and the team spirit was even better. 👊💪

Yesterday was more than just a Taekwondo demonstration. It was a moment of growth, confidence and team spirit 🥋💥🌪

Our students stepped in front of a crowd and represented Tiger Taekwondo Academy with courage, focus and pride. Seeing young students perform with confidence in front of so many people makes the whole coaching team incredibly proud.

Events like this teach children so much more than kicks and punches:
✔️ Confidence under pressure
✔️ Discipline and focus
✔️ Teamwork and support
✔️ Courage to step outside their comfort zone

A huge thank you to the organisers at the Polish School in Enfield for inviting us and for the amazing hospitality. Our students also had the chance to enjoy some delicious Polish food, cake and candy floss which made the day even more special 🇵🇱

Most importantly, thank you to every parent and student who came to support us. The energy yesterday was incredible. This demonstration would not have been possible without the strength of our Tiger Team 👊🐯
