Eléonore joined the Mayfair Health team in 2024, bringing with her nine years of experience as a professional dancer alongside her current training in Osteopathy.

She is passionate about helping clients move better, understand their bodies, and feel empowered through movement. For Eléonore, working harder doesn’t always mean pushing to the limit — it’s about finding the smartest and safest way to challenge yourself.

Pilates has become an important part of her practice, whether supporting injury recovery, building confidence around a specific condition, or developing the strength and stability needed for everyday life and other activities.
