A lovely wee surprise at the gym tonight - young Ethan who came to us a year ago but had to relocate to another club due to other circumstances 🙏 he appeared tonight with a bunch of flowers for me (Kim) which was bitter sweet! Thank you Ethan! 💚

🥊💚 TEAM UNIT – HOME SHOW MESSAGE 💚🥊

As we get ready for our very first home show, we want to remind everyone what The Unit ABC is all about — respect, support, and community.

We encourage all supporters to get behind our home boxers and make some noise for Team Unit, but we also ask everyone to remember that every fighter stepping into the ring has trained hard, made sacrifices, and deserves the utmost respect.

Please show respect to:
• Opposing fighters
• Coaches and officials
• Away supporters and families

No abusive, aggressive, threatening, or unacceptable behaviour will be tolerated at the event. Anyone causing issues will be removed from the show immediately.

This day is about boxing, sportsmanship, and giving every boxer the atmosphere they deserve after all their hard work and dedication.

We hope everyone has an amazing day, enjoys the boxing, and helps make The Unit ABC’s first ever home show one to remember! 🥊🔥

Well done to these 2 guys that fought this weekend firstly aj Allison in an absolute barn storm against Irvine elites Harris Mullen in a strong contest for bout of the night aj fell short and lost to Harris but we get to go again next weekend where both lads are guaranteed to put on a fan favourite bout ! 🥊💥💚🖤

Next up was jock Delaney jock joined the club last year and has shown nothing but discipline and hard work at 40 years old he decided he wanted his first amateur bout unfortunately today jock’s opponent missed weight so the contest was made an exhibition however like aj jock will now be competing against his opponent in a scoring bout on our home show next weekend jock put on a cracking display of boxing today well done!
