So many new followers here.. hello! Welcome to The Evolve Collective ✨a new movement studio in leek✨

Just last week we opened the doors to our brand-new boutique movement studio in Leek, and our first week has already been filled with so many new and familiar faces. 🤍

At Evolve, we do things a little differently.

We focus on movement that feels good — not performance or perfection. A place where you can move your body, switch off from everything else for an hour and be part of a genuinely supportive community of women.

Our timetable includes Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Slow Flow, with classes throughout the week.

And you don’t need to own a thing to get started. Our beautiful studio is fully equipped with premium mats and all the equipment and props you’ll need included in your class — all you need to bring is yourself. ✨

If you’ve been thinking about trying Evolve, our Welcome Offer is 3 classes for £24, giving you the chance to try a few different classes and find what feels good for you.

Introducing Evolve Fridays… ✨🥂

Our first Friday night event is here — and I thought my birthday was the perfect excuse to kick things off. 🤍

Friday 25th September

✨ 6:00–6:45pm — Birthday Barre
✨ 7:00–8:00pm — Permanent Jewellery Pop-Up & Charm Bar with LYNKD

Expect Barre, bubbles, cake, a little extra sparkle and a Friday evening spent in our Evolve home. 🥂

Birthday Barre is bookable as a normal class through the Evolve app — use your class pack, membership or book a single class as usual.

And you don’t need to be coming to Barre to join us afterwards. Pop in from 7pm, have a drink, say hello and browse the permanent jewellery & charm bar. ✨

This is the first of lots of lovely Friday evenings I have planned for Evolve… workshops, pop-ups, events and plenty more to come.

Barre spaces are limited and, as always, tend to fill quickly — so get yours booked. 🤍

The mornings are getting a little cooler, the days a little softer, and our Evolve Lounge is waiting for you before or after class.

A place to arrive a little early, stay a little longer, make yourself a coffee, pick up a book, catch up with someone from class or simply take five minutes for yourself.
