NEW: 4-WEEK BEGINNER PILATES COURSE with Lizzie

Been seeing Pilates everywhere but still haven’t made it into a class?

Maybe you’re worried you won’t know what you’re doing, feel like everyone else will be more experienced, or simply don’t know where to start.

Lizzie’s 4-week Beginner Pilates Course is designed to take you right back to basics. Building your core control, posture, strength and confidence week by week.

Rather than coming to one class and forgetting everything by Tuesday, you’ll have 4 weeks of proper coaching, learning the technique and building on it each week.

Plus, you’ll have a supportive WhatsApp group throughout the course, so you’re not just left to figure it all out on your own.

No Pilates experience needed, just come as you are.

A different kind of Friday night at House of Glow.
Join Lucy + Chlo for an evening of slowing down, tuning in and getting curious about what makes you, you.

We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga practice with Chlo, creating space to settle into your body and switch off from the week.

Then, over tea, Lucy will introduce you to Human Design, exploring your unique type, how you’re wired to make decisions and move through life, and the gifts that make you uniquely you.

Think of it as a little deeper dive into yourself. With practical tools to help you understand your energy, trust yourself and move through life in a way that feels more authentic.

Come curious and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself💗
