SUNDAY:

U9’s first game is 9:30!

Sometimes stood in net in wind and rain with no saves to make but he will still cheer the lads on from back.

Great to see our club well represented in the finals day, all playing in the top league finals. Great work from managers and players this season.

Also proud that all 3 teams have strong links to our Saturday morning football, with a high majority of all 3 teams starting out there.

On 5th March, at the request of the Atkinson family, we are asking the whole football family within Lancaster & Morecambe Service to Youth League to come together to celebrate the life of Poppy Atkinson. 🤍

Teams training or playing between Thursday 5th and Sunday 8th March are asked to join in a one-minute applause before their session or match to honour Poppy Atkinson. 🤍

We would like to share the words of Poppy’s family and GT7 below.



Almost a year ago, we lost this amazing girl.

We will never forget Poppy Atkinson, alongside Ben, Clare, Edward, family and friends we’d like for you to join us in continuing to remember and celebrate how special she was.
On the 5th of March and across the following weekends fixtures and training sessions we will be doing a 1 minutes applause. Please join us in remembering Poppy, as her memory and legacy continues to live on.
