🧡🖤 MARSH UNITED U14s – LAST FEW SPACES REMAINING 🖤🧡

Our squad is building fast and with pre-season now underway, we only have a handful of spaces left before the squad is complete.

We’ve already welcomed several new faces into the group, with more attending over the coming weeks, and the team is really starting to take shape.

We’re potentially looking for a goalkeeper, but we’re always happy to speak to players with the right attitude who are looking for a new challenge.

🧡🖤 PRESENTATION EVENING 2026 🖤🧡

What a fantastic evening celebrating the end of the season with this group of players and families.

For us as coaches, the best part of the night wasn’t the awards, it was seeing the players laughing together, bonding, making memories and simply enjoying each other’s company. Moments like that remind us that this is much more than just a football team.

Just 12 months ago this group was a newly formed team. Since then we’ve experienced plenty of highs, some challenges along the way, and created memories that will stay with us for years to come.

It was also great to welcome two potential new players to the evening and give them the opportunity to spend time with the group and experience the togetherness we are trying to build.

Now our focus turns to the future.

We have a big pre-season ahead, more new faces joining us on Wednesday, tournaments booked and plenty of exciting challenges ahead as we look to complete our squad early and continue building for the season ahead.

Well done to every player, parent and coach involved this year. We are incredibly proud of what you have achieved over the last 12 months.

🧡🖤 PRESENTATION DAY TOMORROW 🖤🧡

Tomorrow is all about celebrating the players, the memories and the journey we’ve shared together over the last season.

We’ll be kicking things off at JumpRush, followed by bowling and then food together as a group 🎳🍔

The second half of the season wasn’t our best and we know there are things we need to improve, but there were still some fantastic individual performances throughout the year and some awards that are thoroughly deserved.

Tomorrow is also a great opportunity for a few new players who could be joining us this season to spend time with the group, get to know everyone and become part of what we’re building.

Because this isn’t just a football team…

It’s a football family. 🧡🖤🐝

We can’t wait to celebrate with you all and look forward to the next chapter as Marsh United U14s.

🧡🖤 PRE-SEASON WEEK 1 COMPLETE 🖤🧡

A really positive start to pre-season tonight with a fantastic session from everyone involved.

It was great to welcome some new faces into the group, all of whom worked hard, listened well and blended into the team brilliantly. The attitude, effort and energy throughout the session were exactly what we want to see as we begin building towards the new season.

There was a real buzz around the group tonight, with players working hard for each other, encouraging one another and showing a willingness to learn and improve.

As coaches, that’s all we can ask for.

We’re still very early in the process, but the foundations are starting to be put in place. New faces, fresh energy and a group of players who are buying into what we’re trying to build.

We keep building.
We keep learning.
We keep working hard.

A long pre-season lies ahead, but we’re excited about the journey and looking forward to seeing where this group can go together.

🧡🖤 PROUD OF OUR CAPTAIN 🖤🧡

Today some of our coaches and families went along to support Tallulah, one of our key players and last season’s captain, as she played her final ever game for PPC Girls.

The match was played at the fantastic Poolfoot Farm, Fleetwood FC’s training ground, in the Final of the Manchester Mixed League Cup.

Tallulah was outstanding, captaining her side to a hard-fought 2-0 victory and topping off a memorable day by being awarded 🏆 Player of the Match.

We were incredibly proud to see T and her teammates lift the trophy in their final game together. What a way to bow out and finish that chapter of their journey.

It’s a pleasure working with someone so committed, focused and talented. As I’ve always said, Tallulah is destined for great things, and her attitude towards the game is a fantastic example to others.

We’re looking forward to a big pre-season and continuing to help her develop and progress even further.
