This July, join Pinnacle Performance Goalkeeping Academy for three action-packed days designed to develop confident, athletic and technically proficient goalkeepers.

Failing is okay… giving up isn’t 🧤⚽

That’s why we play games and keep training fun.

Not every save, catch or reaction will be right first time — and that’s okay. These drills are about learning, adapting and building the confidence to keep trying again.

We use reaction lights, tennis balls and odd-shaped balls to challenge reactions, coordination and decision making in unpredictable situations. Goalkeeping isn’t always perfect or predictable, so training shouldn’t be either.

These exercises help develop:

🧠 Decision making under pressure
🙌 Hand-eye coordination
🔁 Adaptability and problem solving
💪 Confidence after mistakes

OFF SEASON GOALKEEPER PERFORMANCE 🧤⚡️

A structured small group off-season programme built for goalkeepers serious about improving physically and technically before pre-season begins.

Designed for:
• Professionals
• Semi-Professionals
• Serious Amateurs

📅 Mondays & Wednesdays
🕖 75 Minute Sessions
📍 Kirkcaldy Area (TBC)

Programme includes:
• Small group goalkeeper training
• On-pitch strength & conditioning
• Goalkeeper-specific fitness work
• Athlete recovery & mobility sessions at DRIP Wellness Studio

Recovery sessions will run Thursday or Friday evenings and focus on:
✔ Mobility & flexibility
✔ Injury prevention
✔ Recovery & restoration
✔ Improving movement quality
✔ Helping goalkeepers recover properly between training loads

Recovery is a crucial part of goalkeeper performance and long-term development, especially throughout the demands of the off season.
