This girl is an absolute inspiration😍 Since May last year she has lost a total of 𝟯 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘! That’s 𝟭𝟵 𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗦! That’s 𝟯𝟲 𝗣𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦!

Since starting with me she has never missed a week no matter how she’s felt or how busy she’s been, she is truly dedicated to improving her health mentally and physically and I could not be more proud of her if I tried 🙌🏼

These changes you see in these photos are only in the last 𝟰 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗦!!

This is a perfect example of what can be achieved if you’re willing to put in the work and push yourself when you feel like giving up! For a long time Vikki was losing weight on the scale but not seeing any physically noticeable changes and when that happens it’s so easy just to give up but NOPE she kept going and then BOOM in 4 weeks she has seen a massive difference and it’s only gonna get better!

So excited to see what this girl achieves over the next few months and cannot wait for her to reach her goal and look AMAZING when her wedding day comes!👏🏽🤩
