Exciting update as things are now really coming together. After a very productive gaining phase, we’re now leaning up and the progress she has been making is now really starting to shine through.

Eating is dialled in as opposed to before, now fully aligned with her goals.

Previously she was consistent in going to the gym, but now it’s optimised and with more intent and structure.

now at the end of the most insane fat loss phase.

Absolutely buzzing to have been a part of this. She has grafted so hard for this, especially these past few weeks, and it’s unreal what she’s achieved for herself.

Now time for her to enjoy her holiday away and then we can put getting jacked and strong as the main goal going forward for the foreseeable.

After a small set back from Injuries and other factors, Craig has absolutely nailed 2026 so far.

These past couple of months especially have been so impressive to witness, just someone who has fully locked in to their goals.

With him competing in powerlifting this week, the goal was to get back down to a lighter weight class but also to get back to where he was body composition wise last year when we completed his first cut.

As a reminder , second pic is where Craig started when we first worked together.
