We are a not-for-profit community bike recycling and training co-operative. We are open Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.

We sell affordable, fully refurbished bicycles to people in the community and deliver a range of training courses in bike maintenance. Please email or call to make an appointment before visiting us. We are a community bike recycling and training co-op, established in 2014. We are a not-for-profit community interest company; any surplus we make is invested back into the co-op . We want to provide p

eople with affordable transport, as well as the opportunity to improve physical and emotional health and well-being through regular cycling. We sell second hand bikes that have been serviced or refurbished by a qualified mechanic. You can view all the bikes that we currently have on sale on our website. We offer bicycle maintenance training courses at our workshop in Leeds. We run regular basic and advanced courses, and can deliver bespoke courses too. We can provide a mechanic to run a bike maintenance class or Dr Bike at your workplace, school, group or event. You can find more details on all of the above on our website.

We're hosting a free screening of the People's Emergency Briefing film in our Community Workshop next week 📽 As we face a growing climate emergency, this film aims to show what that means for our lives, our economy and our future.

This film is intended as a catalyst for a wider public conversation, so our screening will be followed by an open discussion. With the environment being at the core of our mission, we feel like this is a great use for our new Community Workshop (even if it doesn't involve bikes 🤪)

Perfect weather for a relaxed ride today 😌

We cycled around 4 miles, passing Meanwood farm and using some scenic footpaths before joining the road again 🌳

We'd planned to walk up Stainbeck lane but the group were feeling tough and most of them rode to the top! 💪

So we stopped off in Chapeltown for some well deserved saltfish patties on the way back 😋 (they didn't last long enough for the photo 😆)

This Friday 11-2 we're hosting our next Learn to Fix session in our community workshop! 🛠 It's a chance to bring your bike and have it checked over by an experienced mechanic, get support fixing any issues, fitting parts and accessories, and maintenance advice 🚵‍♂️ Tea, biccies, good vibes and some other freebies provided! ✨️

This Thursday is our first Relaxed Riders session 🚴‍♀️

Super chilled bike rides for people who want to build up confidence using their bike to get from A to B, whether on scenic footpaths or on roads!

Bring your own helmet and bike, or a Beryl Bike (ask us about credits!) Meeting 10am at our workshop on Meanwood Road.
