National Squad Training 🇬🇧
Yesterday was a fun-filled day of Aikido, starting off strong with a youth session led by some of our students, alongside ones from and - this is the first of many sessions to be run by cadets, and we’d love to see you there in the future!
The second half of the day allowed cadets and seniors to train under the guidance and support of BAA legend, Paul Carr.
Each session is led by an experienced instructor and successful national team competitor or manager and they are well worth attending.
