Barry’s Bank Holiday Bonce of the week is officially awarded to Alex, who didn’t let the fact it was a bank holiday slow him down. He still turned up, worked hard and made the boards reconsider their life choices.

Barry’s bonce this week is Dagnis.

Dagnis trained like he was trying to break the rink. He had zero chill, a full engine and absolutely no passengers.

Barry has returned from his “wellness retreat” (apparently he ate chips and slept a lot) and immediately crowned Tom as his bonce of the week for last night’s sterling effort at training.

Barry says the bonce was “radiant”.
We don’t argue with Barry.
