Fantastic feedback Friday-
'The most fabulous class this evening. Could feel the tension leave my shoulders after the first 3 mins and never knew I had so many bones in my neck and shoulders.
Have come out of class feeling like I am walking on air and all set for the bank holiday weekend.
Always a giggle and random conversations about snake hips and cannabis.

'I canā€™t recommend Katey highly enough. She is a truly exceptional Pilates teacher who knows her clients personally and is always very attentive to individual needs, ensuring everyone feels supported, safe, and included in class.
Katey has a wonderful sense of humour, which makes every session enjoyable and welcoming, but she is also highly professional, extremely technical, and very knowledgeable. Her explanations are clear and precise, helping you understand not just what to do, but why you are doing it.
What has stood out most for me is how much she has inspired me. I initially didnā€™t particularly enjoy Pilates, but through her teaching I have developed a genuine passion for it. Iā€™ve noticed a real improvement in my strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing, and I now look forward to every class.
Katey also trains students to become Pilates instructors, and she has inspired me to even consider teaching Pilates myself. She is a truly inspirational teacher. šŸ„° R.M

'Just thought I would let you know how much I am enjoying and benefiting from the sessions on Wednesday morning. I really appreciate the way that you adjust the activities to suit any physical limitations. It is really good. ' P.L...... this client has only done 3 classes and already is noticing the benefits. Lovely feedback Friday...
'I joined Hinckley Pilates a couple of years ago as i was experiencing back pain. After a couple of sessions with Katey i felt an improvement in my flexibility and mobility.
At each class Katey enquires if you have any new problems and adjusts your exercises accordingly, then proceeds to show you how to do them correctly.
I would highly recommend pilates as it has so many benefits to everyday movements. H

'Thank you so much for last night. I was a little apprehensive about going as my back has been playing up. But you put me totally at easy and I think I found the right class for me.
