These short sessions are the perfect way to try the equipment, get moving, and see if it’s for you.

If you enjoy the taster, a 4-week Reformer Foundation Course will follow in April, designed to help ease you confidently into a regular class routine.

February will see a focus on the fundamentals of our Pilates practice.

An Ideal time for a beginner to join a weekly matwork class.

ABC’s 'Foundational principles' - breath, alignment, control, and intentional movement—are what support strength, progress, and longevity in your practice. Throughout the month, classes will thoughtfully revisit and emphasize these elements, helping to refine technique, deepen body awareness, and support continued growth.

This isn’t about changing what you’re doing, but about reinforcing the building blocks that make Pilates so effective. Whether you’re newer to the practice or have been with us for years, returning to fundamentals can bring fresh insight, clarity, and confidence to every movement.
