It is with great sadness that we share the news that our club secretary, Tim, has passed away.

Tim was there from the very beginning and was a huge part of building our club into what it is today. He put countless hours into making sure everything was sorted behind the scenes, always wanting the best for the club and everyone involved in it.

But Tim was much more than our secretary. He was a friend to so many, always ready for a chat, a laugh, and always wearing that big smile that everyone knew so well. His kindness, dedication and presence will leave a huge gap in our club.

We will miss him greatly and will always be grateful for everything he did for us.

Rest in peace, Tim.

PACE TOURNAMENT WINNERS 🏆 ✈️

The Jets went into our first tournament of the summer and came away as Pace Tournament winners! 🏆

The Blues played some excellent football throughout the day, scoring a hatful of goals on their way to lifting the trophy, including a 3-0 win in the final. ✈️⚽

The Greens were brilliant too, picking up some great wins, scoring plenty of goals and were unfortunate not to reach the semi-finals.

It was fantastic to see all the lads supporting each other throughout the day and celebrating the win together. 🔵🟢

Another trophy in the bag for the Jets and a great way to kick off the summer tournament season.

Today the girls played in their first tournament of the summer and what a day it was! ☔️🌧️🌂⚽️
The rain barely stopped all day but the girls didn't let it affect them. They made it through the group stages unbeaten and finished 4th earning a place in the Plate semi-final.
The semi-final was against a strong Division 1 side, Stoneham. After a hard fought game finished 1-1, it came down to penalties, where we were unfortunately knocked out.
We couldn't be prouder of the girls. By this point they were absolutely soaked through, cold and tired but they kept going right until the final whistle. A cracking effort from all the girls 🚀
A huge thank you to all the parents who turned up, brought gazebos and cheered the girls on despite the pretty miserable weather. Also a big thank you to James for coming along and supporting the team.
We go again next week at the Havant & Waterlooville Tournament! 💪⚽
🏆 Parents Player of the Tournament went to Hope she commanded her box brilliantly and showed great communication throughout the day.
🏆 Coaches Player of the Tournament went to Harper who worked incredibly hard, stayed composed on the ball, and kept battling right until the end.

U13 Rockets took on Berewood Panthers today in another pre season friendly despite being short on numbers and up against the elements they ran out 4-3 winners coming back from 0-2 down.
Parents player Fin understood the assignment today always looking for the short option never stopped running well deserved 👏

Another excellent game from the Jets as they ran out 8-0 winners in an 11-a-side friendly 💪

The boys were brilliant from start to finish, playing some great attacking football, scoring some really well-worked goals and keeping another clean sheet 👏

There were a lot of great players on the pitch and a spread of goals and assists across the team, including a hat-trick, which was brilliant to see 👏

POTM was voted for by the players and went to B for an outstanding all-round performance. His work rate was brilliant, he caused problems all game down the right wing and created so many chances for the team 👏💪

A brilliant effort from all the players, with a tournament next week and some other great games lined up for the boys over the next few months 👏

The u13 Rockets got their pre season friendlys underway today starting with a tough test against a very good Gosport side.
A real game of two half's with Gosport showing exactly what they are about in the first half and bagging a hat trick of goals to put us 3 nil down going in at half time.
The second half was a completely different story with the Rockets finding another gear and playing some lovely football and after the first goal went in for us it was one way traffic game ended in a 4-3 loss but we ended it on a high and with plenty of positives to take into next week 🚀

The Jets are staying busy post season with a couple of friendlies in the last week. First a 4-2 win last Thursday followed by a 9-0 win yesterday 💪

The boys were brilliant across both games, playing with loads of energy, confidence and working hard for each other from start to finish 👏

There were some excellent goals, great football played and defensively the team have been outstanding throughout 👏

Thursday’s POTM went to Ethan S for a top all round performance full of energy and quality 👏💪

Yesterday’s POTM, voted for by his teammates, went to Leo for an outstanding all round display with brilliant defending, quality on the ball and a top attitude throughout 👏💪

A brilliant effort from all the players with more games coming up 👏
