A huge thank you to everyone who supported our 2025 Temperature Blanket raffle at Gosfield Lake. 💙

Together we raised an amazing £370 (£462 with gift aid) for The Donor Family Network, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who bought tickets, shared the raffle and helped us raise both funds and awareness for a charity that means so much to us.

Congratulations to Penny J, whose ticket was drawn as the winner of the blanket! 🥰

For anyone training for Swim Serpentine, this is a great week to get some proper open-water time in.

Use your sessions to work on pacing, sighting, confidence and swimming continuously, so race day feels that little bit more familiar.

Whether you’re tackling the Serpentine Mile, building towards another event, or simply want to get some steady distance in, come and join us at the lake.

See you in the water!

Many of you will know Dave G. Over the years, he has completed countless triathlons and Ironman events, with much of his training taking place here at Gosfield. As one of the original *Chilly Dippers* (although we're not entirely convinced it was by choice! 😉), he's been a much-valued member of our community for many years.

Earlier this year, Dave and his family suffered the unimaginable loss of their beautiful daughter, Chloe. In her memory, and to support The Donor Family Network, this unique 2025 Temperature Blanket—with every stripe representing a swim session throughout the year—will be raffled to raise funds for this incredible charity.

Please take a few moments to read their story and, if you can, support this wonderful cause by purchasing a raffle ticket.

Tickets are £5 each and can be purchased at any swim session or by sending us a DM. The winning ticket will be drawn on 1st September. The blanket will be on show at the swim sessions.

Every ticket sold helps raise money for The Donor Family Network, supporting families affected by organ donation and providing comfort, guidance and support during some of life's most difficult moments.

🌕 THIS IS NO ORDINARY MOON SWIM…

The Sturgeon Moon is set to give us one of the most magical evenings of the summer.

Following a partial lunar eclipse earlier that day, we’ll take to the water just as the sun begins to disappear behind the trees. Then, only minutes later, the full moon will rise—turning the lake from glowing gold to shimmering moonlight.

A tow float is required. We have a limited number available to hire, so please bring your own where possible.

Places are limited—DM now to secure your spot and tell us which swim time and yoga session you would like.
