Last night we congratulated amazing Alison reaching 200 MoveMe classes!!

It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know her over these last two and a half years - her dedication, motivation, and determination along with her energy, chat and sense of fun is fantastic and I’m very chuffed to know her.

More MoveMe movers making it to class milestones🤩🤩……
Congratulations to Jan (one of our Monday night aerobics gang) on reaching 25 classes! She puts in a great workout despite the temperature in the room being almost sauna-ish and I’m delighted that she chooses my classes to keep fit 🤗.
And we also celebrated Christine making it to 25 chairobics classes! Still mastering ‘opposite arm and leg’ 🤪 but thoroughly enjoying the tunes and the workout, it’s been great getting to know her over the last year 😊.

Congratulations to one of our lovely Gosfield MoveMe movers making it to 100 classes today - well done Dawn!
She mixes it up coming to my aerobics and chairobics classes and it’s a pleasure to have her with us twice a week - when she’s not on holiday 🤪. Dawn is such a lovely lady and I know how much she enjoys my classes - and I’m so pleased to know her.

Thank you Double Pistachio cafe for saving the day with our emergency MoveMe coffee stop - as I misplaced the keys to the hall and had to abandon our Chairobics class this afternoon 😮. What a muppet. Sorry everyone 😞. But at least a few of us got to stay and have a natter 🤗.

We had a blast at Gosfield this morning and in Halstead tonight. It was so hot and sweaty but it was great to get moving.

Congratulations to 3 marvellous MoveMe movers making it to class milestones today 🎶🎵🤩🤩🤩🎵🎶.
A mover at the Earls Colne aerobics class attended her 25th workout with us this morning - well done Jill!
And 2 of the Wednesday Chairobics gang got their first badges this afternoon clocking up 10 classes each - great work Jean and Linda - up to you if you want to use the hand weights in class 🤪.

More marvellous movers making it to MoveMe milestones 🤩🤩🤩.
On Wednesday at Earls Colne two lovely ladies reached 25 classes - despite their holidays, family commitments and busy schedules! Well done Jane and Mala.
And today Jules reached 50 classes - congratulations!! Full of smiles and chat and stories and so talented in many many ways, it’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know her over this last year or so. She always makes my classes a priority and adapts the moves as necessary but I know how much she enjoys the tunes and the chat. Thank you for your support and commitment - it’s great having in the Pebmarsh gang 🤗🎶🎵🎶🤗.
