🟣⚪ PLAYER CONFIRMED | ALEX BAYFIELD 🐺

Like father, like son… Alex Bayfield brings the same physicality, passion and commitment that the Bayfield name has become known for at Aireborough.

Unlike his son, though, Alex has the advantage of a few extra years of wisdom (or so he keeps telling us! 😉).

A player who gives absolutely everything every time he pulls on the burgundy shirt, Alex’s experience, leadership and never-say-die attitude make him a huge asset both on and off the pitch.

We’re delighted to have Bayfield Senior back for another season and can’t wait to see him throwing himself into every carry, tackle and ruck once again.

Nathan Cawood is back in burgundy for another season, and if there’s one thing you can guarantee, it’s that he’ll wear his heart on his sleeve every time he pulls on the Aireborough shirt.

Never one to shy away from contact, Nath loves nothing more than tucking the ball under his arm and charging straight up the jumper. No fancy stuff, just honest, hard rugby that gets the team moving forward.

A top bloke off the pitch and a player who gives absolutely everything on it, we’re delighted to have Nath back for another campaign.

After a fantastic season with Guiseley Rangers, scoring tries for fun and leaving defenders wondering what just happened, Callum Oddy is bringing that lightning speed to Aireborough RUFC for the new campaign! ⚡️

A top lad on and off the pitch, Callum is the kind of player who gets supporters off their feet every time he gets the ball. And if the rugby doesn’t work out… don’t worry, we’ve heard he can even dish out a pretty decent haircut too! 💈😂

We’re absolutely buzzing to have him in burgundy and can’t wait to see him tearing defences apart this season.
