These are the qualities and basic requirements found in our elite specialist forces today such as the Parachute Regiment, the Commando’s and the Special Air Service. The elite specialist is required to be physically and mentally fit; he has to demonstrate motivation, self-discipline, initiative and intelligence. Through rigorous selection and hard training the airborne/specialist soldier is expected to develop resilience, self-confidence and a fierce determination to succeed, whatever situation he is faced with. These sessions can be physically demanding and can be carried out in military style boot camp groups or if you feel that you would like the personal touch we can offer you sessions on a one to one basis. All our Royal Army Physical Training Corps Instructors come with a background of either being a Paratrooper, Commando or Special Air Service.
