DAY 2 OF TEAM TRAINING 🤸‍♀️✨

Today we took the both teams over to Farnham for a day all about… the in-gym experience! 💙

We got stuck into how we can make sure every gymnast is getting something out of every class - whether they’re mastering their first skill, ready for their next challenge or somewhere in between.

We sharpened up our coaching skills, looked at how we can make our classes more engaging and purposeful, AND got into the all-important stuff… class management and understanding what our little gymnasts are actually capable of at different ages and stages. 🧠✨

Basically… better coaching + happier kids + more learning = a pretty great time at the gym! 🙌

Parkour training mode: ON 🤸‍♂️🔥

Our team training looked a little different today as we got stuck into all things parkour ahead of our camps next week!

From new skills and drills to progressions, regressions and safe spotting, our team are constantly learning so they can bring even more to every session.

It’s all about developing their knowledge of safety, child development, skills and teaching techniques — making sure every child gets the right challenge, support and opportunity to progress, while parents get the most value from every lesson. 💙

From 20th July – 29th August, we’re opening our doors for Summer Holiday Drop-In Classes & Camps at The Little Gym Farnham!

✨ Something for every age:
👶 Parent & Child classes
🤸 Preschool & School-Age gymnastics classes
🏕️ Super Kids Quest Holiday Camps (ages 3–8)
💥 Skill Workshops (ages 5–12)

The best part? You don’t need to be a member to join the fun! Whether you’re trying The Little Gym for the first time or looking for exciting holiday activities, everyone is welcome.
