Why coaching is good for your brain?
There is solid cognitive science showing that the brain likes being asked questions and gets a sense of reward from figuring out answers.
Questions activate curiosity, trigger dopamine, and strengthen memory, which is why answering them feels satisfying.
🧠 Why being asked questions is good for the brain
• It boosts memory consolidation.
• It increases attention and engagement.
• It strengthens problem‑solving circuits.
• It enhances metacognition (awareness of your own thinking).
• It creates a reward cycle that encourages further learning.
This is why when you invest time in self improvement it feels empowering, your confidence grows and you feel more sense of freedom.
