It feels worthy without saying how great she is
She knows she is not perfect
Her flaws mean she is human

How to spot a Narcissist

* He thinks he deserves respect, power and control
* He demands praise
* He oscillates between idealising their partner and making them feel worthless
* He doesn’t care what others think

In reality deep down he doesn’t like himself but he has an insatiable need to prove to himself that he is amazing

If you are in a relationship with a narcissist and you have self respect consider this:
1. Self preservation - how can you get out of a toxic relationship
2. Forgive ( this doesn’t mean forget or try to understand). It will allow you to learn and move forward focussing on the present not the past .
3. Forgive yourself too. So many women blame themselves for their situation. There is no need. It’s not helpful. It’s not your fault.
4. Focus on your self and your personal growth so that situation doesn’t happen again . Reach out for help.
