Absolutely loved tonight’s session, definitely one of my favourites of the year. We had banging tunes, a bit of dancing, some Apex calls, and a beast of a 1000-rep workout in pairs. 🔥

How did you all find that one?

Every pair got past the halfway stage, which was great to see — especially after Tuesday’s tough session. 💪

What a lovely evening to train, completely different to this afternoon.

Tonight was a nonstop Bodyweight beast. Some team relays to warm up and straight into a decreasing HIIT Ladder, with a little kicker….anyone stops we do the exercise again.

Finished with a team interval session in preparation for Blanchard athletics next month.

What another great month we have had with the biggest and best fitness community around, topped off with Blanchard Trophy Strong Person event last weekend.

We review the event while looking forward to Dodgeball Competition, Masters Boxing and 10 Tors Challenge in Dartmoor.

We train, compete, achieve and socialise together, what a great bunch of humans.
