Diet food doesn’t have to be perfect.

It just has to be good enough to keep you consistent.

Under 400 calories. 30+g protein.

If you’re in a calorie deficit and want an alternative — give it a try.

🚨 FOUNDERS RATE – NOW OPEN 🚨

This isn’t “online coaching” where you pay for a plan and hope for the best.
This is results, structure, and accountability — done properly.

If you’re fed up with:
• Starting strong then falling off
• Not knowing if you’re training right
• Guessing calories and spinning your wheels
• Putting the work in but not seeing change

Then this is for you.

My role isn’t to motivate you for a week.
My role is to get you results — and build habits that actually last.

I tell you:
✔️ Exactly what to train
✔️ Exactly how to structure calories
✔️ What to adjust when progress stalls
✔️ When you’re overthinking it
✔️ When you need to push harder

No fluff. No fads. No generic plans.
Just a clear system, coached properly.

I’m opening a limited number of founders spots at a reduced rate for those ready to commit and get this nailed early.

If you want to stop guessing and start progressing —
DM “FOUNDERS” and I’ll tell you if this is a good fit.

Low veg because reheated broccoli is a crime.

When calories drop, vegetables return.

All the gear and no idea…

Anyone else have to wrap themselves like a mummy to squat or just me and my biscuit joints 🙄😂

First time this year loading up on the squat, working on perfecting that form and hitting depth. Always remember, movement over weight

Every body is a summer body….

With a trip to Greece on the horizon, I thought that as a personal trainer, I had to be shredded in order to feel good during my holiday.

In January, I was well on course to ‘look good’, the weight was falling off, I hadn’t trained much in December due to work commitments but I was still making progress

Due to these work commitments, I completely fell out of love for training, I was un-motivated and struggled to find time (that old chestnut) to get to the gym, pairing that with a calorie deficit and feeling weak and having no energy to lift heavy, I just thought ‘what’s the point’.

Fast forward to March, I decided that in order to get back into a training routine, I would ditch the calorie deficit. I can’t tell you how good it felt not not constantly eat out of Tupperware and track calories.

Even though I’ve put most of the weight back on, I’m now training 5/6 days per week, strength is coming back and I’m actually motivated to train again.

What to take away from this post:
1) you don’t need to look a certain way to enjoy a holiday
2) don’t force yourself to do something when your mind isn’t in it
3) don’t be afraid of taking a step back in order to take 2 steps forward

Let’s get this holiday out the way and go again 💪

You’re not just paying for an hour in the gym!!!

Most trainers on average (in the Portsmouth area) charge £30 for sessions, which works out £5 a day.

If your one of those that think that’s really expensive, all for someone to just take me through a workout, you’re looking at it in the complete wrong way.

There are so many benefits when it comes to working out with a trainer. This is why I always say your paying for more than just an hours workout in the gym.

For just £5 a day…

1) You’re gaining confidence to use the equipment in the gym by yourself, fully utilising that gym membership your paying for each month.

2) You’re gaining more confidence as your finally achieve it the goals you set out.

3) You have better mood, posture and higher energy levels.

4) You can gain an understanding of nutrition and training.

5) You can form better habits and live a more healthier lifestyle.

6) You have someone to hold you accountable and motivate you.

Just some useful items to have when it comes to measuring weight loss.

Remember, the scale weight isn’t everything. Old pictures/clothing and taking regular body measurements can be just as effective for measuring progress.

What is an 80/20 split?

An 80/20 split is 80% of your calorie intake coming from good quality proteins/carbs/fats and 20% of whatever you want.

Say your calorie intake is 2000 calories, 80% of 2000 is 1600. 1600 calories of your daily intake should consist of ‘clean’ & quality nutrient dense foods that are high volume and high protein.

That would mean you have 400 spare to eat whatever you want.

You can’t live without chocolate? You don’t have to. You can’t live without crisps? You don’t have to.

This tip helps make a diet sustainable and a sustainable diet is a successful diet.

Remember, as long as you stay within your calorie intake and hit your protein target for the day, you can still enjoy the foods you live. Dieting isn’t about being restrictive and eating like a rabbit 24/7.
