In the second rep he keeps his ankles stiffer so he can react faster off ground โœ…

Stiffer ankles has also prevented Jon over-stretching his calvesโ€ฆ no more tight calves๐Ÿ‘Œ

It also means his ankles, knees, hips and shoulders are in-line๐Ÿ“ˆso he isnโ€™t wasting the force he is producing ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ’จ

A simple cue of "chest out" & "shoulders back" helped Alex keep his spine neutral throughout the lift, making sure his legs did all the work ๐Ÿฆต
