Working with cricketer ๐ on his running mechanics to increase his speed and reduce tightness in his calf
In the second rep he keeps his ankles stiffer so he can react faster off ground โ
Stiffer ankles has also prevented Jon over-stretching his calvesโฆ no more tight calves๐
It also means his ankles, knees, hips and shoulders are in-line๐so he isnโt wasting the force he is producing ๐๐จ
