📣 Sharing a great local opportunity in Seaton

Our friends at Project Food are running an 8-week Cooking with Diabetes course, starting Monday 21st September.

The programme is designed to support people living with, or affected by, pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, covering healthy cooking, balanced meals, meal planning and building sustainable habits.
