Due to the interest in kids silks classes, we have decided to make Tuesdays 4:45-5:45 class a mixed aerial class. If you’d like to try aerial hoop and aerial silks you now can in the same class. You will still work through our level system but can go between both bits of equipment.

Kids and teen classes are all back this week. We only have a few spaces left in our Tuesday kids hoop 4:45-5:45pm and our teen hoop 6-7pm classes. If you’d like to book on get in touch for details.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow for hoop classes. Hope you have all enjoyed your week off, we are all ready to get back to normal and looking forward to start training for our in house aerial competition and our aerial showcase. Lots of fun things planned and you get to see the newly painted studio in person. 😊

We have been quietly chipping away at decorating the aerial studio over the last few weekends and after having the same design for 14years, I wanted to bring a more fun atmosphere in. One that will make photo shoots and your own personal videos you share online look fab! I hope you all like it and can’t wait for you all to see in on Tuesday when we reopen so you can record all your amazing videos, with colourful lights and a giant full moon in the background.

Just a reminder from Monday the gym is closed for our annual week off. We will be back on Tuesday 1st September, please remember to message to book on our aerial classes, spaces are limited and spaces need to be booked. Here are the kids and teens class timings. Some spaces still available in some of the classes.
