ROAD CLOSURE

One end of Balls Farm Road is closed for up to 2 weeks so please access the stables by coming up through the houses on Crabb Lane.

The end that is close is the end off the slip way on the left when heading into Exeter from the A30. If you come from this way carry on through the traffic lights and Crabb Lanne is the next road on the left.

Happy Retirement to Rose!

Rose has been part of our team for quite a while but she now gets to enjoy a well earned retirement with friends in a field, a cosy stable to sleep and plenty of treats.

~ WANTED~

We are looking for school horses and ponies to join our team at Oakland’s, lease/loan/buy or working livery considered - perfect if you are looking for support or to reduce costs over the winter months.

Ideally between 14-16.2hh and 8yrs or over, although we would look at a younger if they have had life experience and an old head. The new team member should be sane and sensible, happy to school on if needed. Ifs buts and imperfections understood! Any shape or size welcome 🤗 we teach a wide variety of clients from total beginners to advanced riders and everyone else in between.

We offer a varied life with 24 hour supervision and all year round turnout available. 5* yard with references on request and over 50 years experience in the industry. Many options if finances are a consideration, happy to chat through any questions.
