93kg vs 96kg - three months apart🤸‍♀️

Pretty much identical squats - butttttt no dramatic change. I try my best not to let my form slip as the weight increases.

Slow progress but it’s always there if you stay consistent. Also got in an attempt at 100, it’s coming :)

The sinusitis is still lingering and I spend whole workouts feeling like my breath is coming out my ear but it’s OKAY😅🥲

Chill Sunday session 🙂

1. 5-3-3-2-1 front squats.
Finished on 83kg for a lil PB.
2. Tried some pullovers for the first time in a long time and had a lot more success😛 Also did 5 x 5 strict pull ups as it’s been a whileeeee

The pics have only just come out from this, but with 3/3 event wins it’s too good not to share x
