A week ago our JS Boys competed at the West Midlands Men’s Novice Gymnastics Championships and what a weekend it was for our club!

🔥 Every single JS gymnast earned a medal, either in the all–around or on individual apparatus, an incredible achievement for the whole team!

The boys showed power, confidence and huge determination across all six pieces, collecting an impressive number of podium finishes.

🎄 JS Christmas Competition 2025 🎄

We’re excited to announce our annual Christmas Competition taking place during your child’s normal training session in the week commencing Monday 1st December! ⭐️

This fun and friendly in-house competition is open to all gymnasts who train 1–2 hours per week.

✅ Scores will be available on our online competition app, along with access to videos 📲
✅ Every gymnast will receive a goodie bag 🎁
✅ Judges’ Awards for standout performances 🏅
✅ Parents are welcome to watch – just a £2 entry donation towards new mats 🙌
✅ Festive costumes are encouraged! 🎅🤶 (Gym-safe please)

It’s a great opportunity for our gymnasts to show their skills, build confidence, and celebrate the festive season together. 🎉

Throwback to our JS Gymnastics Competition before the Summer Break! ✨

What an amazing day — full of fun, great routines, smiles and team spirit!
Thanks to the incredible support from our JS family, we raised £673 towards our new springboard pad and mats, which will be delivered to the gym in the next couple of weeks! 🙌💙

Over a week ago, Kieran proudly represented the West Midlands at the Men’s Artistic National Setworks Championships 2025.

He finished 20th All-Around and achieved an impressive 4th place in the Physical Preparation Programme (PPP) 💪🔥

Although a few falls affected his overall ranking, it was still a fantastic experience competing among some of the best young gymnasts in the country. Every routine brings valuable lessons and motivation to keep improving.

We’re very proud of Kieran’s progress and determination — the long-term dream is to one day qualify for the English and British Championships (U14). The journey isn’t easy, but the hard work continues! 🙌💙

🎉 Badge Testing Week is here! 🎉

It’s an exciting week at JS Gymnastics — our gymnasts will be taking part in Badge Testing Week! 💪🤸‍♀️

Throughout the week, coaches will assess each gymnast on key skills from their JS Grading Badge System — from shapes and strength to apparatus techniques.
Every gymnast will have the chance to earn a new badge and certificate to celebrate their progress and hard work! 🏅✨

This is a fantastic opportunity for our gymnasts to see how far they’ve come and set goals for the next level. Keep an eye out — badges and certificates will be handed out in classes soon! 💙

THIS PAST WEEKEND JS GYMNASTICS WAG AND MAG SQUADS TOOK PART IN THE NOTTS OPEN !🌟
ALL GYMNASTS DID EXCEPTIONALLY WELL, MANY EXHIBITED NEW SKILLS !
OUR WAG ACHEIVEMENTS WERE:🏆
TITANIUM :
ESTHER AND TILLY BOTH DID NEW SKILLS ON EVERY PIECE .
TILLY RECEIVED A JUDGES AWARD ON BAR FOR ACHEIVING THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE BONUSES AND CAME 5TH ON BAR.
ESTHER RECEIVED THE JUDGES AWARD ON VAULT FOR A LIGHTENING VAULT AND CAME 4TH ON VAULT AND 10TH OVERALL,THEY WERE UP AGAINST 47 OTHER GYMNASTS .
ZINC:
GEORGIA RECEIVED THREE JUDGES AWARDS ON BEAM,VAULT AND FLOOR !
SHE CAME 2ND ON VAULT, 2ND ON FLOOR, 1ST ON BEAM AND 1ST ON BAR LANDING A SECOND OVERALL PLACE!.
