📚 Another step towards High Performance Coaching! 🤸‍♂️💪

Our Head Coach, Jarek, is spending a few days at the home of British Gymnastics – Lilleshall National Sports Centre, continuing his development on the British Gymnastics Level 4 Coaching Theory Course. 🇬🇧

The course dives into key areas of high-performance coaching, including:

🛡️ Duty of Care in High Performance
⚙️ Biomechanics
📈 Athlete Development & Periodisation
🧠 Sport Psychology
💪 Strength & Conditioning
🥗 Nutrition & Lifestyle Management

Another step forward in Jarek’s personal coaching development and his journey towards becoming a High Performance Coach, bringing new knowledge, ideas and standards back to JS Gymnastics Club and our athletes.

What an incredible weekend at Mill Magic 2026! We are so proud of all of our GFA and WAG gymnasts who competed across both days. Every gymnast represented JS Gymnastics brilliantly, showing fantastic determination, confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Summer is almost here! Please make a note of our important training dates over the holiday period.

🏕️ Summer Camps
📅 3rd – 14th August
🕘 Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 3:00pm

🎟️ Bookings for our Summer Camps will open this Sunday on our website! Be sure to book early, as places are limited.

Preschool Classes
🧸 Last class: 30th July
✅ Reopening: 1st September

General Gymnastics
(Monday–Friday 4:00–5:00pm & 5:00–6:00pm)

Advanced Classes
(Monday–Friday 6:00–8:00pm)

Saturday Classes
(10:00–11:00am & 11:00am–12:00pm)

📅 All General Gymnastics classes will stop from 17th August for two weeks and will reopen on 1st September.

🌺🤸‍♀️ JS SUMMER LUAU COMPETITION 🤸‍♂️🌺

A huge thank you to everyone who has entered our Summer Luau Competition!

We are excited to announce that entries are now officially CLOSED and we are busy preparing for what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of gymnastics, fun, and Hawaiian spirit. 🌴☀️

Competitors and families should keep an eye on their emails for final event information. If you haven’t received this, please get in touch with us.

We can’t wait to see all of our gymnasts showing off their hard work on Floor and Vault, as well as everyone’s amazing Hawaiian outfits and decorated competition numbers! 🌺🏆
