Karate trapping and locking drills in Chipping Campden today! This included various training drills to help teach and develop these methods. I was particularly pleased with the way everyone was flowing with the Naihanchi / Tekki trapping flow drill. That’s not the easiest of drills! Thanks to Cotswold Karate for making it happen!
