Their tech support team have been in touch and have acknowledged that it’s not currently able to send emails to anyone with a hotmail, outlook or live email - so for any new applicants with these email addresses - apologies for any delay.

We are really looking forward to doing a Nage no Kata course soon.

For anyone who doesn’t know kata yet, Nage no Kata is all about understanding the principles behind Judo throwing techniques

— balance, movement, timing, control, and proper ex*****on.

It’s not just about “learning a routine”; it helps improve your overall Judo and gives a better understanding of why techniques work.

As 1st Kyu’s , it’s an important step up development and progression, and we are excited to share this with you.
